This 19-Year-Old Girl Is To Become The First Person To Walk On Mars While all the teenagers are busy making stories, TikTok videos, and keeping the best to maintain their Snapchat streaks, Alyssa Carson, a 19-year-old is to become the first human to walk on Mars. Carson is also the youngest-ever person to graduate from the Advanced Space Academy at just 16. Moreover, in 2014 she was the first person to complete the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Passport Program by attending each of its 14 visitor centers across nine different states. Going to Mars has been Carson’s dream since she was 3 years old and watched an episode of “The Backyardigans” about astronauts going to Mars. And now, at just 19, Carson is part of a group of young astronauts and hopeful space explorers that have the common goal of becoming the first crew to land on and walk upon the surface of the red planet aka Mars. Carson will be fulfilling her dreams soon enough As kids, all of us have dreamed of becoming an astronaut and stepping onto Moon or Mars, at some point in our lives.
