However, another prominent group to have produced and sung few Bollywood hits were Strings! Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia’s one of the most famous tracks was Ye Hai Meri Kahani from John Abraham and Sanjay Dutt-starrer, Zinda. The song went on to become a hit and Strings then went on to compose Akhri Alvida from Shootout at Lokhandwala. Recently, Bilal took to Instagram and recalled a memory he shared with John’s then-girlfriend and Indian actor Bipasha Basu. Bipasha Basu was a good sport! — the Mera Bichra Yaar singer Came on stage while we were singing Sarkiye ye Pahar during a show for the launch of John Abraham’s clothing line. Strings even composed the Khan theme of My Name Is Khan, while their song Naa Jaane Kyun from the album Dhaani was included in the soundtrack of the Hindi version of Spiderman 2 in 2004.
