The film will release on Indian OTT service Hotstar, however, it is yet to be known when. Directed by Mukesh Chhabra, the film was earlier on slated for a theatrical release for May 8. Dil Bechara that also stars Sanjana Sanghi opposite Sushant, is Mukesh’s directorial debut. Mukesh and Sushant were said to be close wherein the two treated each other as brothers. He also starred in Drive opposite Jacqueline Fernandez that was released directly on Netflix. star passed away on Sunday at his house in Bandra with Police officially ruling it as a suicide.
